Tree House signs Rs 52.50 crore MOU for sale of land, building at Vadodara

Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd (Tree House) ,  a leading educational service provider operating the largest number of branded self-operated pre-schools in India,  has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for sale of its land and building located at Vadodara in state of Gujarat for Rs 52.50 crore. The particular property being considered for sale under this MOU is located at Revenue Survey 49 CTS No 792Atladara, Vadodara, Gujarat and represents the second K-12 school land and building premises fully owned by the company plans to monetize its physical assets while continuing to provide educational services to these institutions.   The company will use the proceeds to move towards a debt free status and deliver strong returns to all our shareholders from the strong cash flows generated by the business. Tree House Education Q3FY15 net profit rises 24.96% to INR 15.12 cr

Tree House net profit in the corresponding quarter (Q3FY14) stood at INR 12.10 crore.   The total revenue grew by 33.67% to INR 53.11 crore during Q3 FY15, compared to INR 39.73 crore reported in the 3 rd quarter FY2014.   The EBITDA for Q3 FY15 is INR 32.17 crore compared to 24.53 crore for the 3 rd quarter of FY2013, representing 31.13% y-o-y growth. AFCONS creates record in Indian Oil & Gas industry

Becomes first Indian EPC contractor to install a process platform under float-over technology on time   AFCONS Infrastructure Limited (AFCONS) achieved a new milestone on January 15, by executing a float-over installation of the HRD Process Platform, for ONGC, in the west coast of India. Float-over operation is a new concept which is being recently used in ONGC projects wherein an offshore vessel or a cargo barge which is carrying the heavy topside is made to enter the slot created between jacket legs and stab the complete topside on the jacket legs. With this phenomenal achievement, the Shapoorji Pallonji Group Company became the first Indian EPC contractor to install a process platform under float-over technology on time. This was only the second float-over operation to be carried out in India. In offshore oil and gas industry worldwide, most topsides are installed via conventional method of lifting.
