Revenue grew 25.38% to Rs 133.30 Cr Share India Securities Ltd, a leading knowledge and technology driven stock broker, has reported a remarkable financial performance for FY18 and the six months period ended 31 March 2018 . The Company’s consolidated net profit for FY18 rose 92. 72% to Rs 15.35 crores compared to Rs 7.96 crores posted in FY17.   Company’s consolidated revenue grew 25.38% to Rs 133.30 crores compared to Rs 106.30 crore posted in FY17. Total Revenue up 15.70% to Rs 101.68 cr BOD Recommend Final Dividend of Rs 1 per Equity Share Ice Make Refrigeration Limited (Ice Make), one of the leading manufacturer & supplier of cooling solutions equipment, has reported strong financial results for FY18 and the second half of financial year ended March 31, 2018.  The Company’s net profit for FY18 rose by 32.19 % to Rs 6.63 crore compared to Rs 5.10 cr posted in FY17.  The Company’s total revenue grew by 15.70% to Rs. 101.68 Crore as compared to Rs 87.88 Cr reported in the corresponding financial year (FY17)  The Company’s revenue for the second half of FY 2018 grew at 16.31% to Rs 61.42 Crores while net profit for the period rose by 30.03% to Rs 4.49 Crores. Karda Constructions receives good investor response, IPO subscribes 2.54 times

The  initial public offer  (IPO) of Karda Constructions Limited,  a Nasik based Karda Group Company, engaged in construction of residential complexes and infrastructure projects,  received good investor response despite negative sentiments in the equity markets. The IPO which was opened subscription from  16 March to 21 March 2018   to raise up to  Rs. 77.40 crores, was oversubscribed by 2.54 times as per NSE Data on the last day.   The issue received bids for 10908560 shares against the total issue size of 43,00,000 shares,  The QIB portion was subscribed 1.55 times while NII (non-institutional investors) category got 3.44 times subscription.
