7th edition of the “India Cold Chain Show” Inaugurated in Mumbai


Mumbai: 13 Dec 2018- The 7th edition of “India Cold Chain Show” India’s largest exhibition on Cold Chain Industry, was today inaugurated in Mumbai by Mr Mahendra Swarup, President, Federation of Cold Storage Association of India, Mr J.P. Singla of All India Transport Welfare Association, Mr Rustom Irani of Seafood Exporters Association of India and Mr Rajesh Goel of FCSA. The three days mega show which is organised by Reed Manch Exhibition India from December 13 to 15, 2018 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, this year is featuring over 210 leading companies from the Cold Chain Industry including DHL, Mahindra, ICE Make Refrigeration, Blue Star, Gandhi Automation, Arctic, Pluss, Cold Box, Emerson, Kelley, Hormann and Honeywell among others.  


The one of its kind event is showcasing the entire range of solutions and services for Cold Storage Infrastructure, Material Handling, AIDC Solutions, Refrigeration, Temperature Control, Cold Transport, Cold Logistics and Supply Chain for diverse industries with cold chain intensive business operations.

Mr. Anuj Mathur, Chief Operating Officer, Reed Manch Exhibitions India, said “India for many decades still faces lots of challenges related to wastage of food, vegetables and other temperature prone perishable items. The show has lined up various activities such as Annual General Meeting for The Federation of Cold Storage Associations of India, Concurrent Conferences which serves as a knowledge and networking platform for various industries such Cold Chain, Food, Pharma, Healthcare, Logistics, Export and Biotech sectors along with an Industry Workshop, disseminating knowledge to prospective entrepreneurs on how to start a cold storage and subsidies available from State and Central Government” Mr Mathur added.
