Through a holistic awareness campaign and personalized training programs, the initiative aimed to instill responsible attitudes toward plastic usage and disposal. Engaging with 100 establishments, including 80 residential areas, 10 commercial entities, and 10 educational institutions, the project focused on building an efficient collection and recycling system for plastic waste and promoting waste segregation at the source.

Dignitaries on the dais recognized the societies, schools, and businesses enrolled in Project DROP, expressing collective commitment to combat plastic waste pollution in Mumbai. A school-level essay and drawing competition organized under the project celebrated young talent, with winners receiving prizes.
